Terms & Conditions

• There is no fixed term. Storage will remain in place as long as the weekly rent has been paid.

• The weekly rental is to be paid at lease 4 weeks in advance

• Refunds will be issues if the storage agreement is terminated part way through a payment period.

• A receipt will be issued via email detailing the current rental period.

• If rent has not been paid for a period of 60 days and no payment plan has been agreed upon, we reserve the right to tow your RV out of the compound where it will become your responsibility to remove it from the public road.

• You agree that Anthony Spinks or any of his employees will not be held liable for any third party damage that may occur while your vehicle is in storage.

• Vehicle insurance is the responsibility of the owner. The Ulverstone Caravan & RV Storage will not have any insurance cover for vehicles stored on site.

• CCT security camera surveillance will be established, and footage will be made available to you if required.

• Replacement keys will be at your own cost. Keys to be returned upon termination of this rental agreement.
